Public Lots
In our neighbourhoods, we often have lots for single-family homes set aside for construction staging areas or signage. These lots are located in various areas in subdivisions, some back on greenspaces or ravines, are located on corners, have walkout basements, and fit a variety of home sizes.
Near the completion of the neighbourhood, these lots are then listed for sale, giving you a chance to pick your own builder in a newly built and close to complete community!
