Woodhaven Edgemont is Edmonton’s Best New Community – Rohit Group Receives 8 Awards at the 2020 CHBA Edmonton Awards of Excellence

Rohit Group of Companies is excited to announce the team received 8 awards at the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) Edmonton Region Awards of Excellence in Housing. Each year the CHBA Awards of Excellence recognize leaders in the home building industry for building and development, marketing, sales, leadership, and community development in Edmonton and area.

There were many firsts at the Awards of Excellence this year – since it was hosted online, it allowed the entire team to attend and celebrate their successes together via Zoom, as they were announced. Rohit Group also had a record number of 29 finalists at the awards and took home their first Best New Community award for their west Edmonton ravine community, Woodhaven Edgemont, that launched with its first phase in September.

Rohit Group’s marketing efforts were also recognized, receiving 4 awards including Best Radio Commercial for Getting Ahead and the Best Integrated/Mixed Campaign for the new Rohit Brand. Daphne Chan and Fadi Georgi from Rohit’s sales team both received sales volume awards for their excellent work over the past year, and Rohit’s realtor partner, George Fahmy from Mosaic Realty, won the Builder/Realtor Co-operation Award.

Once again, Rohit Group was nominated for Builder of the Year in both the Multi-Family and Large Volume Single Family categories.
