The First Place Program redefines home ownership and allows first time home buyers the opportunity to enter the housing market with a financial advantage.
About the Program
In partnership with City of Edmonton, Rohit Communities is building unique infill townhome projects for first time home buyers in various neighbourhoods throughout the city. Buyers are offered the ability to defer land cost payments for five years interest-free.
Infill Community Development
- The process of developing the First Place Program in existing mature neighbourhoods includes several public consultations with community members in the surrounding area allowing for feedback and input into the design of the projects.
- Architectural controls are held to only the highest standards – the same that Rohit Communities would offer in any other development.
- These infill locations are often near parks and schools, and we pay careful attention to safety during the entire construction process.
- Working with the stakeholders, such as neighbouring schools, allows for a smooth process for these unique projects.
