Marketing Coordinator – Land Division

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and indirectly to the Land Division, the Marketing Coordinator – Land Development is a significant role in executing the marketing needs of Rohit Land Development.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides support in design and implementation of all marketing and promotional material including advertising, brochures, signage, web.
  • Website content management and overall maintenance.
  • Set-up and maintenance of social media including Facebook and Twitter
  • Assists in all event planning and coordination for all community and company events.
  • Liaise with builder groups: assist with communicating marketing initiatives,  show homes and events, promotions
  • Writing product descriptions, advertorials, brochure copy, press releases, award submissions.
  • Set up of sales centers, including facilitating furniture delivery and set-up.
  • Aid in execution and placement of advertisements in media and research of new media.
  • Market Research on Competition.
  • Create, implement and maintain signage plans for new communities and phases.
  • General administrative support to Land Development, including budget creation and tracking
  • Cross training and coverage of other divisions where applicable
  • Assist in creation of key partnerships (community groups, etc.)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Mandatory:

  • Completion of high school diploma
  • Completion of diploma in Business, Marketing and/or Business Administration
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar role, marketing or project coordination
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, high volume workload environment with little to no supervision

Desirable:

  • Experience in residential/commercial construction industry
