The Management Team

The following individuals make up our management and executive team at Rohit Group of Companies.

	Radhe Gupta – Chief Executive Officer & President As President of the company, Radhe is responsible for overseeing all divisions. He also takes on the development of the strategic planning and financial overview of the organization including the development of new markets. Radhe has achieved a BSC in Engineering, two Masters Designations in Engineering as well as Realtor and Broker Designations. He started the Rohit Group in 1986 and has been building homes for Albertans ever since.
	Russell Dauk – VP of Land & Communities Russell brings with him over 16 years of planning experience in Alberta from a wide variety of public and private settings. He is involved with the purchasing and servicing of lands for Rohit Communities, the creation of new neighborhoods, and the review of future housing markets that present opportunity for building operations. Russell is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan Regional and Urban Planning Program.
	Rohit Gupta – Chief Financial Officer, Rohit Group of Companies Rohit’s current portfolio with the firm includes our Fort McMurray and Kelowna residential construction operations, and also introduces our newest division, Rohit Capital. In this role Rohit is the forefront of new opportunity development and special projects for the Rohit Group of Companies. Rohit has achieved a BSC in Computer Engineering and a MBA at the University of Alberta’s EMBA program as well as a Master Builder Designation.
	Krishna Gupta – General Manager, Rohit Charities and Vice President Krishna is responsible for overseeing product development and is a driving force behind the award-winning designs and innovation of our products. In addition, she takes on the management and strategic direction of Rohit Charities. Krishna has achieved a Bachelor of Science and Education in India, diplomas in design and drafting, and a Master Builder Designation. Krishna’s diverse background and long history in the home building industry make her an integral member of the management team.
